In short, it’s a completely unique and original sales method that guarantees your home sold within 3 weeks. There are basically 2 main areas where this sales strategy differs from any other I’ve ever seen. The main secret is the totally unique and possibly genius way of placing ads for your house. I’m not sure how this guy came up with it, but it sure makes sense, and it’s apparently working for the people who follow the plan. Very fresh thinking.
Apart from the advertising technique, there is also a lot of tips on how to present your property to prospective buyers. Pete claims that by pairing up the advertising method with some of the original presentation ideas, you’ll sell faster than you could have believed. I guess one has to try it to find out.
Even though the sales strategy is completely unique and surely extremely powerful, Sold In 21 Days is quite a quick read. That’s not to say it won’t help you sell your home faster and for a good profit, it’s just that I was expecting to need a whole day to get it all into my head, and it only took just over an hour.
The Bad Point
There are works involved. It’s not like once you buy the ebook, you’re going to sell your house immediately. From the looks of the sales page, you can be mislead thinking that it’s the cure-all for all your problems regarding selling your house. That’s not the case. But when you think of it, it’s just like anything else. You need to work to get things done. He just gives you the right pointers and that will save you a great deal of time figuring out by yourself.
The Good Point
About the author, I’m really not trying to be biased but this man is just a pure genius. That’s all I can say. His book, “Sold In 21 Days” is probably the most brilliant idea for selling a home in a buyers market that I have ever seen.
It’s hard to review this without giving away the secret, because once you let the cat out of the bag, that’s it…it’s game over. So let me try to at least give you a clue as to what the secret is for getting your house sold for the price YOU want EVEN in a buyers market.
It comes down to two things. The first is the actual ad you place for your house. The standard ads don’t work in a buyers market. You know the ones I am talking about. Where you simply state what kind of house it is and how much it’s going for. Forget it. You might as well just throw your money out the window. You have to place a certain kind of ad and use a certain kind of strategy for pricing your house. I would have never thought of it, but this guy did and it’s pure genius.
The second thing is HOW you actually go about presenting your house to the public. This is another area where the standard way isn’t going to work. You have to think outside the box here and this guy does it in spades. Once you read the book (it’s not a long read) you will understand everything.

Is there some work involved? Yes, you can’t let your agent do it all for you. You have to take the bull by the horns yourself. But hey, it’s YOUR house and quite honestly, YOU want to sell it more than your realtor does. Why? Because he has plenty more houses to sell. Yours is just one of them.
